50's styling trend for fall / winter 2010/2011

Trend reports are showing a lot of 1950s looks for Fall / Winter 2010 / 2011, actually they have been doing so for many past seasons, and this young designer creates nothing but designs of this era. Quite stunning clothing, however I wonder if one can really run a buisiness on the same theme season after season. If one was to consider the fifties as a long term trend on the same par as the Goths or the sport & street style, then the possibility of success for this young debutante is quite strong.
